A cleaning company takes care of the jointly used areas of the property. Tenants will need to make individual cleaning contracts for their own leased areas.
Conference rooms and cabinets
There are 12 conference rooms on the ground floor, with capacity for up to 60 persons. Every conference room is equipped with internet access and an AV system, and they can be booked for a fee from the restaurant.
Tenants will be charged for electricity based on their own consumption.
HTC Keilaniemi sorts its waste and recycles.
Joint facility services
HTC Keilaniemi tenants can make collective facility services contracts.
Indoor plant services
In HTC Keilaniemi, tenants can order indoor plant services such as interior plant design, the plants themselves and their upkeep.
Property maintenance includes the heating, air conditioning and electricity systems, building maintenance and outdoor cleaning.
HTC Keilaniemi has a property manager who liaises between the tenants and the property owners.
Covered and outdoor parking spaces are available. There are 30 outdoor parking spaces for visitors. Tenants can rent permanent parking spaces in a separate lease agreement with the owner.
Most staff services are located on the first floor:

All tenants in HTC Keilaniemi have to make a reception service contract with the property management company. The basic level of service provided in the reception area includes the following:
- receiving guests and giving them information and assistance
- announcing the arrival of visitors to the company concerned
- signing for goods sent by couriers and informing the recipient
- answering emergency calls and passing on the information
- receiving requests for services and forwarding them to all participants
The reception service is available on business days between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The access control system is incorporated into a more extensive security system consisting of guarding, locking, burglar and other alarm systems, entrance access control terminals, ID cards and an indoor and outdoor CCTV system.
A security company secures the property's exterior, also outside business hours.
Tenants can make additional security contracts to further protect their own leased premises.
Visitors have free WiFi access.
